Learning how to successfully manage objections – especially the salary objection – is a critical sales skill for recruiters. We build on specific questioning and listening skills to help you gain confidence in your ability to work with objections that recruiters often encounter.
Gaining Commitment / Influencing
You will also learn the best ways to build commitment. We help you develop skills in testing assumptions, using questioning and listening skills to uncover issues or concerns, and knowing how to set realistic goals and/or next steps.
All of our training includes specialized JOB AIDS that provide handy, “at-a-glance” reminders for each of these critical sales skills.
